Simple Comforts

 There is nothing better than the simple comforts in life, 

on a cloudy day when you are feeling down.

The comfort of a good friend and a surprise tea party. Its nice when you only live a country mile apart,
(makes it easier to walk home when you spike your tea). 

The comfort of a good healthy meal, like a ham sandwich on home made bread, freshly sliced!

The comfort of several good deserts,
( why eat 3 meals a day when you can get your entire calorie count with one piece of pie).

                       One of my favorites is an overly large sweater, a nice warm fire and a good ol pipe.

Good friends, good fun, good tea and good smoke!
